Tsum Valley Trek

Trek from Soti Khola (710 m) to Machha Khola (870 m) along riverside trails and suspension bridges. The trail passes through small villages and lush forests.

Trek from Machha Khola (870 m) to Jagat (1,340 m) through steep climbs and scenic valleys. You enter the restricted Manaslu region with beautiful landscapes.

Trek from Jagat (1,340 m) to Lokpa (2,240 m) through forests and traditional settlements. The route offers stunning views of the surrounding hills.

Trek from Lokpa (2,240 m) to Chumling (2,386 m) entering the Tsum Valley region. The trail becomes more peaceful with Buddhist cultural influence.

Trek from Chumling (2,386 m) to Chokhangparo (3,010 m) through serene valleys and monasteries. The landscape opens up with dramatic Himalayan views.

Trek from Chokhangparo (3,010 m) to Nile (3,361 m) through upper Tsum Valley. The region becomes more remote with strong Tibetan Buddhist culture.

Trek from Nile (3,361 m) to Mu Gompa (3,700 m), the highest monastery in the region. Enjoy panoramic views and spiritual Himalayan atmosphere.

Trek from Mu Gompa (3,700 m) to Chumling (2,386 m) descending through peaceful mountain trails. The return journey offers a different perspective of the valley.

Trek from Chumling (2,386 m) to Philim (1,570 m) through forests and river valleys. The trail gradually reconnects with lower villages.

Trek from Philim (1,570 m) to Soti Khola (710 m) descending through waterfalls and suspension bridges. The route retraces the scenic Manaslu Circuit Trek path.

Drive from Soti Khola (710 m) to Kathmandu (1,400 m) via winding mountain roads. Return to the capital after completing the Manaslu Circuit Trek.

Departure from Kathmandu (1,400 m) after completing the unforgettable Manaslu Circuit Trek journey. Transfer to the airport for onward travel.
