Difference between Hiking and Trekking

Trekking and hiking are both outdoor activity that involves walking in nature but they are different in their own ways. like hiking is more of a walking in marked trails also it is considered safe and they are usually short in distance and it is completed mostly within a day or so, also the use of the trekking gear will be very less as compared to trekking, for hiking the fitness doesn’t really matter Now, trekking is more of a walking in unmarked trails as it will be challenging and it is way more complicated then hiking. while trekking you will pass many remote areas, jungles and mountains too. Trekking can be of several days or even several weeks and for trekking gear you must be prepared because you never know what you will come across while and your fitness must be on top as you will face many challenge in the route also the most important thing is your mental strength as you have to be prepared in your every step.
